We pack "next day" FedEx small orders Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Larger orders are shipped with commercial airlines for Tuesday arrival only. (Up to 5 times cheaper for orders 100 pounds or more) We pack for most kinds of weather and a small fish will be OK in a box for as long as 48 hours. Most of the time they are boxed in Styrofoam, then cardboard. We use ice packs or heat packs when needed. We welcome hobbiest who just want a few things. But a large presentage of our business is with public aquariums and pet shops. Shops should email proof of there business for wholesale pricing.
We guarantee live arrival for overnight shipping only. Any other shipping is at your own risk. We will not ship if we feel the shipment will not make it alive.
